I uploaded two versions, the files firmware.bin already compiled for SKR1.3 and also the complete Marlin where you can modify the corresponding parameters for ur Turbo Board and compile it. For compiling I recommend you the platformio. BTW I'm using atom with platformio.
There are good tutorials around on how to compile with Platformio.
For instance this video, you can follow the tutorial simply by changing all references to SKR 1.3 to your SKR version, that's to say, changing the board name in the configuration.h file and the processor LPC1768 to LPC1769 used by turbo model in platformio.ini file. Then you can proceed to compile it and you'll get a suitable firmware.bin file for your board.
Nevertheless once I finished and published the tutorial, I'll prepare one addendum for SKR1.4, which I have already at home. And, probably, I'll buy a Turbo version (this is essentially the same SKR1.4 but with a faster processor) to doing some tests and creating a second addendum with the firmware.bin file for the Turbo, but I'll do it later. Please, take in account I'm doing all this in my spare time.
