I got in touch with BQ service about fixing this problem and I was advised to do a hard reset. But they don't actually know what the problem is, so they're advising a hard reset without knowing if that'll solve the problem. I'm not going to go through that bother without knowing it'll solve the issue.
So I asked them if this a known problem that they have a known fix for, or if they were asking for me to send it in because they don’t know the issue and want to investigate. Because if it is known and the fix is just ‘do a hard reset’, I can do that myself without bothering your repair team and spending more time without my phone.
Their response to that was "ask for more information on the forums". So here I am. Do you have any more information on this issue - is there potentially a fix that isn't 'do a hard reset' that your team can do?
